Chicken breast with mushrooms/pechuga de pollo con hongos

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 pound of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut each breast in half
  2. Place in a container
  3. Squeeze the lemon onto the breasts
  4. Place all the condiments on the breasts and stir so that the breasts take their season
  5. Then, in a saucepan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  6. Put on the stove at medium high temperature
  7. Add the breasts and turn steadily until cooked uniformly
  8. Then add the mushrooms and stir until cooked

Serve with your favorite companion. I only serve it with rice, vegetables, and spinach salad (with cucumber tomato and carrot).


Ingredientes

  • 4 pechugas
  • 1 limon
  • 1/2 cucharada de sal
  • 1/2 cucharada de pimienta negra
  • 1/4 cucharadita de oregano
  • 1/4 cucharadita de ajo
  • 1/2 libra de hongos
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

Direcciones

  • Cortar cada pechuga  por la mitad
  • Colocarlas en un recipiente
  • Exprimir el limon en las pechugas
  • Colocar todos los condimentos sobre las pechugas y revolver para que las pechugas cogan su sazon
  • Luego en un sarten añade 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Poner en la estufa a temperatura mediana alta
  • Agrega las pechugas y dar vuelta constantemente hasta que se cocine uniforme
  • Después agregar los hongos y mover con el cucharón constatemente hasta lusca ya cocinado

Servir con tu acompañante favorito yo s lo sevi con arroz con vegetales y ensalada de espinacas con pepino tomate y zanahoria.
