Vegan Fried Rice/ Arroz Frito Vegetariano



  • 2 cups of white rice already cooked without salt
  • Olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chile
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 pound of Chinese beans
  • 3 branches of chives
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce


  1. Cut all vegetables into small pieces
  2. In a saucepan add olive oil
  3. Set on the stove at medium temperature
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
  5. Then add all the vegetables and continue to sauté for two to three minutes
  6. Now add the white rice and stir until blended with the vegetables
  7. Add soy sauce, stir until uniform color
  8. Add salt if necessary

Now you’re ready to serve.

For best results the rice should be cold and preferably cooked the day before and left in the refrigerator then the next day. Take rice out of refrigerator half an hour before making the vegetarian fried rice.


  • 2 tazas de arroz blanco ya cocinado sin sal
  • Aceite de oliva
  • 4 ajos
  • 1 chile verde
  • 1 chile rojo
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 zanahorias grandes
  • 1 libra de fijolitos chinos
  • 3 ramas de cebollines
  • 1/2 taza de arvejas
  • 1/2 taza de ejotes
  • 1/4 taza de salsa de soya


  1. Cortar todos los vegetales en pequeños trozos
  2. En una cacerola agregar aceite de oliva
  3. Calentar en la estufa a mediana temperatura
  4. Agregar los ajos  y sofreír por 30 segundos
  5. Luego agregar todos los vegetales y continuar sofriendo por dos a tres minutos
  6. Ahora añadir el arroz blanco y revolver hasta que se mescle con los vegetales
  7. Agragar la salsa de soya revolver hasta que tenga un color uniforme
  8. Agregar sal si es necesario

Ahora ya esta listo para servir

Para mejor resultado el arroz debe de estar frio y preferiblemente cocinar el dia anterior y dejar en la refijeradora luego el día siguiente sacarlo media hora antes de hacer el artoz frito vegetariano.

Hi Ido very inspiring and thought stimulating, i totally agree… It is very easy to blame others, I have been guilty of doing that countless times, however I have learned that it is essential to emotionally let go of the situation and act to correct it by learning to forgive irregardless of who may be right or wrong. I find that when one holds on to the rope, it indefinitely consumes your entire being and diminishes your energy and vitality. I’ve made this one of the key fundamentals for the way I live life and I always strive to look at the bigger picture. It is the only way forward and it is truly li&#2atingbe8r30; ;D Cheers!!
