Flintstone Potatoes / Papas a la Pica Piedra

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb of potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Badia’s complete seasoning
  • 1/4 tablespoon of Black pepper

Preparation

  • Put the potatoes in a medium pot, add water, and boil for 20 minutes or until they are softened
  • After cooking, cut the potato into 4 parts
  • Flavor the potato with a spoonful of Badia’s complete seasoning
  • Add black pepper
  • In a medium casserole add 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Heat the oil for 20 seconds
  • Add the potatoes and flip every 5 to 10 seconds until they turn golden

Ready to serve.

Ingredientes

  • Media libra de papas
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Zason completa
  • Pimienta negra

Preparacion

  1. Poner las papas en una olla mediana, agregar agua, y hervir por 20 minutos o hasta que se hablanden
  2. Después de cocinarla, cortar la papa en 4 partes
  3. Luego condimentar la papa con una cucharada pequeña de sazon competa
  4. Añade 1/4 de una cucharada pequeña de pimienta negra
  5. En una caserola mediana agrega 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  6. Calienta el aceite por 20 segundos
  7. Agregar las papas y voltear cada 5 a 10 segundos hasta que se tornen color dorado

Listo para servir.
