Norwegian Salmon / Salmon Noruego

This recipe is inspired by my Nephew who lives in Norway.


  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Badia’s Complete Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar


  1. Place salmon in a large bowl.
  2. Add vinegar, black pepper, and Badia’s Complete Seasonings evenly on the top side of the salmon, then flip the salmon to season the other side with vinegar, black pepper, and Badia’s Complete Seasonings.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degreed Fahrenheit.
  4. Cover the oven tray with foil, then pour the olive oil onto the tray.
  5. Flip salmon on tray to cover both sides of salmon with olive oil.
  6. Place tray with salmon inside the oven for 15-25 minutes, according to how cooked you want it.

  • 1 libra de salmón
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1 cucharada de Sazón Completa de Badia
  • 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre


  1. Coloque el salmón en un tazón grande.
  2. Añada el vinagre, la pimienta negra, y los aderezos completos de Badia uniformemente en la parte superior del salmón, luego gire el salmón para condimentar el otro lado con vinagre, pimienta negra y aderezos completos de Badia.
  3. Precaliente el horno a 400 grados Fahrenheit.
  4. Cubra la bandeja del horno con papel de aluminio, luego vierta el aceite de oliva en la bandeja.
  5. Voltear el salmón en la bandeja para cubrir ambos lados del salmón con aceite de oliva.
  6. Coloque la bandeja con salmón dentro del horno durante 15-25 minutos, de acuerdo a cómo cocinado lo desea.

  1. Living in Tofino,It’s hard not to find Salmon.I watch thousands going up the rivers every year.I literally have them swim between my legs while standing in the river taking pictures of the bears grabbing the salmon!
